Hi! I'm Gemma.
Before I even started my fitness and nutrition business, I have always been fortunate in finding exercise to be enjoyable and a real privilege to be able to do. However, I can certainly appreciate that not everyone finds the enjoyment or reward in working and testing their body, especially without the necessary help and guidance. This is where I come in! It is my aim to help you find both the fun and the benefits in being fitter, stronger, healthier and ultimately happier. I use a combination of training styles, from weight training to Pilates, to help you achieve results in an enjoyable yet challenging manner.
But how? Well, everyone's requirements are slightly different and each person's body operates in a unique way, so we will work together on a personalised, tailored plan to achieve your goals. We can implement bespoke 1-2-1 sessions, you can train with a friend or as part of a small group, or we can use a combination of all of these options. Your results are my priority.
Furthermore, as a Nutrition Coach, I can also help you make the right choices around what you use to fuel your body and help you understand how this supports your lifestyle and training. This doesn't have to mean strict, boring diets either!
