What are anytime pots?


Anytime Pots are a convenieint High Protein Breakast, Pre or Post Training Pot or anytime snack. Containing 30g of protein per pot & 415 Calories. High Protein combined with Organic Oats, Chia Seeds, Organic Milk & Fresh Berries.




How long do your anytime pots last?


our anytime pots have a shelf-life of 5-7 days from production, and they're sent out the same day as they're made. You will receive them with between 3 and 5 days' shelf life. the shelf life is short as they are made using natural ingredients. We recommened freezing some of them when your order arrives.




Are your products suitable for vegetarians?


Yes, all of our anytime pots pots are 100% suitable for vegetarians.




Are your products gluten-free?


We currently use oat which may contain traces of gluten, but are working to switch to 100% gluten-free oats soon.




Can i freeze my pots?


Yes, if you find that you're not able to finish your oats within their shelf life, you can pop them in the freezer to enjoy later. do not freeze for more than one month. to de-frost, pop them in the fridge and enjoy within 24 hours.




Can i heat my pots?


Yes, we prefer our oats hot sometimes! you can heat your overnight oats on the stove or in the microwave.




I just placed an order, when will i receive it?


We usually make and send out orders on mondays and wednesdays, and they're delivered on tuesdays and thursdays respectively, by our courier partner apc. they should arrive before 4pm, assuming no delays. please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be made and received.




Can i track my order?


You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which contains your parcel consignment number. you can track your order on our courier's website here.




I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? what if there is an issue?


We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. you must send a picture and description of the issue to gemma.carnegie@icloud.com, as well as your name and order number.




Can i cancel my order?


You can only cancel your order if it has not yet been prepared. please contact us at gemma.carnegie@icloud.com to request a cancellation and to check the status of your order.




I have entered an incorrect address what do i do now?


If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at gemma.carnegie@icloud.com. if the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. no refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
